When we started our new business one of my first calls was to HJS who quickly got us set up with Microsoft 365 and Teams so we could communicate and collaborate on projects. IT admin immediately became one thing not to worry about. Would thoroughly recommend them for any IT requirements.

I have been recommended HJS by a friend of mine and other people who are part of the company. James, Kevin and their team have done a great job restoring and fixing a hacked computer. They have a vast knowledge and experience within their ever-changing industry and have fixed every issue I had as well as recommending software and ways to prevent problems in the future. HJS are very friendly, professional and communicative. Very pleased with the high quality service received and their experienced team, I will definitely be coming back again and recommending them to anyone.

I have been working with HJS for the past 4 years or more and they have always proved to be innovative and supportive. Occasionally their support can be overwhelmed and this can result in slower response times, but usually for minor issues. All major issues, as they have arisen, have been dealt with efficiently. Generally very pleased and happily recommend their support to anyone

All the team are really responsive to service issues and resolve them rapidly. We feel we have a secure IT & telecoms service from them that is fit for our most demanding customers' requirements

We have used HJS for over 8 years. They have always been a trusted partner and as they have grown have developed a highly talented team. They have provided us with strong strategic advice in how we should develop our systems and infrastructure, been a good implementation partner and provide a first rate help desk service with a team of people going the extra mile to understand and solve a problem rather than simply close a ticket.

Kevin and James and the whole HJS team provide a excellent level of support for our company's IT infrastructure; both servers, workstations and Office 365. Keeping us up to date in terms of IT/cyber security and business continuity and assisting us with the ever changing world of Microsoft 365.
Their support during the current 'working from home' challenge has been second to none and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly IT support and service provider.

We have worked with HJS for over 10 years and have always had a great team of people to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable, you can always count on the good advice from the management team. The support team are trained to very high levels and add the personal touch where we can speak with the same person who knows how our systems are set up and deal with any issues.

I have been trusting James and his team with our software and hardware support since their business started - which must be getting on for about 18 years now. They are excellent in every respect and I now use them for phone service, mobiles, printing, purchasing and support of all hardware and software.
