Here at HJS Technology, we are very proud to be celebrating 15 years in business!
The company started in April 2007 and the intervening years have seen a changing environment in the world of technology. Some of the key developments have been:
- 93% of support ticket issues are now fixed remotely rather than needing a site visit – making things quicker and cheaper for our customers.
- We were “born in the Cloud” – never having on-premise servers ourselves. A large proportion of our customers have since followed us on that journey into the Cloud.
- Cyber-crime is ever-evolving, bringing the need for us to constantly review the security measures that our customers have in place, and to advise on the latest recommendations.
- COVID-19 brought a new world of home-working which we and our customers had to respond to very quickly. We are now seeing many hybrid working arrangements which bring their own technological considerations.
