Your Microsoft licences include access to a range of business applications and it can be easy to lose track of all the services that are available.
Most business licences (including Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium) provide you with access to Microsoft Forms. If you’re not currently using Forms, it is worth considering how they might help your organisation.
Microsoft Forms are easy to design and send, and can be used to:
- Send surveys to your customers.
- Invite people to register for an event.
- Gather information from your customers. This might include the placing of an order or the issuing of an instruction.
- Seek opinion from your employees.
- Create quizzes.
Features include:
- Customisable themes and branding. Select from a choice of themes, backgrounds and fonts, and add your company logo if desired.
- Conditional logic. Create dynamic forms which show or hide questions based on previous responses, ensuring a personalised experience for respondents.
- Easy to share. Share forms with colleagues or external parties via a link or email. Collaborate on form creation and analysis with your colleagues.
- Accommodate anonymous responses. If needed, you can allow respondents to submit answers anonymously. This feature encourages honest feedback.
- Mobile-friendly format. Respondents can complete forms on-the-go using their smartphones or tablets (as well as PCs / laptops).
- Easy to collect and analyse responses:
- Data is collected real-time – particularly useful in time-sensitive situations or for event registrations
- Integrates well with other Microsoft applications including Excel, making it easy to collate and report on results, using charts and graphs if desired
- Automated reminders can be set, to be sent to participants who haven’t responded, which improves response rates.
