If HJS Technology doesn’t already supply your Internet connectivity, you may not be aware of all the options that we can provide.
The last few years have seen a much greater range of connectivity services, many of which are faster and cheaper than their predecessors.
We can help you ascertain which services are available at your location – services which might include:
- SoGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access). This refers to a relatively new technology which doesn’t need an underlying telephone line. A SoGEA connection uses fibre optic cables to transmit signals to your nearest cabinet, then copper cables to carry the signal to your building.
- Ethernet lines, which can bring an enterprise-grade technology to your business, providing robust, high-speed data connectivity through a fibre line that goes directly to your premises.
- Mobile broadband which operates through a mobile SIM card, enabling internet access where there is no cable connectivity. Many businesses that have cable connectivity choose to also have a mobile broadband service as a contingency, in case their main connection should have an outage.
- Satellite broadband – especially useful in more remote rural areas, where cable connections and mobile signal may both be lacking. Whilst HJS Technology does not directly sell satellite systems, we have good experience of installing and configuring them, once customers have bought them from the manufacturers.
We’ll manage the process for you, from ordering the lines, to liaising with OpenReach about installation, to coming to your premises to configure your network when the new service goes live.
